Q: What items can be returned?

A: All items can be returned except for accessories which include (toques, caps, socks…)

A: Any item can be exchanged (except for accessories) for another size that is more fitting. Please check with us first at info@uninno.ca to make sure we have it in stock.


Q: What products are final sale?

A: All accessories are final sale  due to the contact of the product.


Q: How to initiate an exchange or return?

A: Please e-mail us at info@uninno.ca where we will answer you within 24 hours.


Q: What should I do if I see a product online that is no longer in stock?

A: There is big possibility that out of stock items or sizes are in the process of being developed, therefore please email us at info@uninno.ca where we can address this issue.
